The team "strategy" supports the Directorate in the implementation and further development of DESY 2030, the strategy for research and innovation. A key element here is the strategic exchange between the responsible persons at DESY. PETRA IV is DESY's project for the future. The focus of DIB activities is the strengthening of strategic partnerships and political communication within the PETRA IV campaign. Further emphasis is placed on strategic cooperations with national partners, especially with universities and research institutions, as well as the further development of interdisciplinary centres with excellent and innovative approaches, e.g. CMWS, CIMMS, CDCS or WPC.
