Strategic Controlling at DESY supports the Directorate in implementing the DESY2030 strategy.
It is intended to ensure mutual communication, information and transparency regarding the medium- to long-term financial and budget situation, provide necessary management and control information and enable result controls. In addition, Strategic Controlling conceives and coordinates a reporting system for specific target groups - especially for matters with the funding bodies and the Helmholtz Association.
